The idea is simple. Caregivers sign up, complete their biographies and video profiles, and receive job leads in real time. Parents subscribe, submit a job posting, and search these profiles to find a sitter. And charities receive 30 percent of all subscription revenues to help fund their causes, with the monthly Charity of Choice winning the opportunity to return the following month and be featured again.
